14 Yr Old Dies in Motorcycle/ATV Crash

POCATELLO, Idaho – The Idaho State Police are investigating a fatality involving a motorcycle/ATV crash that occurred on Blackrock Canyon Road south of Pocatello, Idaho yesterday. The Idaho State Police reprot that a 14 yr old Southeast Idaho boy was riding a 2014 Honda Motorbike which collided into a 2006 Polaris ATV. The 14 yr old died at the scene of the crash.
The 14 yr old was Jesse D. Sistrunk of Pocatello. The driver of the ATV was 58 yr old Sharon E. Beyeler of American Falls.
Both Sistrunk and Beyeler were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.
The police report indicates that the 14 yr old had lost control of his 2014 Honda motorbike at around 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening while traveling westbound on Blackrock Canyon Road.
The police are continuing their investigation and collision reconstruction of the accident.
