BOISE -- A busy morning for Ada County Deputies and Idaho State Police during theTuesday morning commute as a result of three (3) separate injury car crashes, namely:
1) A 3 car crash at I-84 and Ten Mile Road at approximately 7:30 a.m.;
2) A 2 car crash at the intersection of Eagle Road and Kuna Road at 7:49 a.m.; and,
3) A 3 car crash at Jupiter Avenue and Victory Road at 7:50 a.m.
The collisions snarled traffic while emergency response teams caused traffic to backup during the commute.
The morning commute leaves motorists vulnerable to negligent and/or aggressive drivers who are operating cell phones, texting or are otherwise distracted. The victims end up suffering significant losses in time and resources having to seek treatment and therapy for their injuries, loss time at work as well as pain and suffering. Albeit such losses are compensable, nothing can replace the loss of time, productivity, aggravation and inconvenience for having to go through the hassle associated with being a victim of someone else’s negligence
