Motorcycle/Car Crash Near Idaho-Utah Border

OGDEN: A motorcycle/car crash occurred near the Idaho-Utah border resulting in a Utah man being taking to the hospital by life flight. Idaho State Police report that Kent Kohler, age 49, of Midway, Utah was traveling eastbound in the left lane of Interstate 84 on a motorcycle. Behind him, Victoria Rhea, age 19, of West Jordan, Utah was traveling behind Mr. Kohler’s motorcyle who moved from the right lane to the left lane to pass a truck. Once past the truck, both vehicles merged to the right lane when the car overtook and crashed into the motorcycle sending both vehicles into the median after the collision. Kohler was flown to the Ogden Regional Medical Center in Utah.
The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
